Our Wind Energy Unit is working internationally towards the realisation of sustainable wind energy projects both onshore and offshore. Our wind energy experts advise project developers, power companies, local and regional authorities, turbine manufacturers, financial institutions and others in the areas of Strategy, Feasibility, Development, Construction and Operations. This includes both technical and engineering work, economic analysis and due diligence. Ecofys Wind Energy has also launched a number of software products for supporting construction and operations.

Senior Project Manager Wind Energy

for our onshore and offshore projects

The position

The focus of the position is to develop and set-up new business in the area of Project Development Services within the wind energy branch. It involves managing these international and complex projects and Attracting proper skills, tools and people to further build up the business model and project team. You are able to develop and maintain an internal and external network. You manage the procurement and contracting process of subcontractors. Your location will be Utrecht, but the position requires travelling.

Your profile

The ideal candidate has over 10 years experience in project management of large infrastructural projects. You have shown to have the ability to steer multi-national project teams. You combine an entrepreneurial attitude with a result oriented approach. You have excellent communication skills and a good oral and written command of English. You show tenacity, endurance and determination, balanced with patience. Experience within the offshore or wind energy sector will be highly valued
