(Senior) Consultant
on policy analysis
The position
As a (senior) consultant you join and strengthen our policy analysis team. You will be able to manage projects and provide specialist knowledge to colleagues and clients in relation to energy and climate policy, policy evaluation, policy design and preparation and policy impact assessment. You will be responsible for developing and marketing policy related activities and services, maintaining and establishing new client relationships and supporting colleagues in the various offices in this regard. You will be part of an enthusiastic, dynamic team based primarily in London (UK) or Utrecht (the Netherlands). You will be able to link with other units within Ecofys. Your location will be London or Utrecht.
Your profile
You have more than 4 years of experience and a track record of consultancy assignments in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings and related policies. You have experience in acquisition and an existing network among corporate and governmental clients. While being an inspiring team player, you combine strong analytical thinking with a practical and commercial attitude. You are used to working on (international) projects and meeting tight deadlines in terms of time and budget.You show insight in current policy and market developments regarding energy efficiency and renewable energy in the built environment. You have good oral and written command of English.
