Junior Consultant Carbon and Energy Solutions (m/f)

The position

Junior Consultant Carbon and Energy Solutions will be responsible for development of Ecofys services in the field of Carbon and Energy management. As a Junior Consultant you will assist the current team in formulating projects and design documents. Departments of Carbon and Energy Solutions within Ecofys offices are dealing with execution of studies and implementation of solutions to reduce Energy consumption and Green House Gases emissions of industries with obligatory or voluntary reduction targets.

Your profile

• Mother tongue Italian or equivalent (fluent in Italian: reading writing and speaking)
• Degree in engineering (pref. mechanical, energy, electrical, chemical, industrial) or other scientific disciplines
• Approximately 2 years working experience
• Good knowledge of English language, ability to read and write English documents, and good English conversation skills are a requirement as the work is in an international environment
• Technical knowledge of industrial processes and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Good usage of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); databases, GIS and Cads are an asset
• Be prepared to travel within Italy and Europe
• Knowledge and interest in energy topics, in particular energy efficiency and renewable energy
• Be pro-active and willing to pick up different responsibilities
