Public transport

The Ecofys office Euregio is located a few kilometers from Heerlen railwaystation. You can take a taxi to our office or you can reach us by bus 44. From the bus stops Locht and Horbach it takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach the office.

By car

From Aachen, Germany:

• From the motorway junction Aachen (A4/A44) ride to direction Heerlen.
• On the motorway take exit Bocholtz, AVANTIS (exit after Laurensberg, short before the border).
• Follow the road sign to AVANTIS. After a small roundabout ride go ca. 500 m straight on and then turn to the right.
• At the next turnabout turn left and you will find the ABC building on your right hand side (silver grey, modern building).

From Maastricht, Netherlands:

• Take the motorway A79 to Heerlen/Aken.
• Don’t go to Heerlen itself, but change to the motorway A76 to Vaals/Kerkrade/Aachen. Keep on with “Approach”!

From Eindhoven, Netherlands:

• From Eindhoven follow the motorway to A2 Maastricht.
• At the motorway interchange “Kerensheide” got to direction A76 Heerlen/ Aken (with Heerlen left hand). Keep on with “Approach”!

Approach:

• Junction Bocholtz change to N281 „Simpelveld/Vaals/Kerkrade“. At the end of the exit and the traffic light turn to the left to direction Heerlen/Kerkrade.
• After the traffic light take the exit “Avantis”. At the roundabout take the first exit. You are now on the European Science and Business Park Avantis.
• At the next roundabout take the second exit.
• The next roundabout take the second option (straight on).

• You will find the ABC building on your right hand side (silver grey, modern building).
• There is parking place after the building. You can enter the building over the side entrance. Ecofys Euregio is on the ground floor on the right side.

German version

Mit dem Bus

Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt erreichen Sie Avantis mit dem Schnellbus Linie 44 zwischen Hbf Aachen und Heerlen. Haltestellen gibt es in Locht oder Horbach. Gehzeit etwa eine ½ Stunde. Es gibt die Möglichkeit in Locht ein „Ruftaxi“ zu bestellen, welches Sie dann zum Ziel bringt.

Mit dem Auto

Aus Deutschland:

• Im Kreuz Aachen auf die A4 Richtung Heerlen
• Bei der erstmöglichen Abfahrt nach der Ausfahrt Laurensberg abfahren. Ausschilderung: Bocholtz ; AVANTIS
• Folgen Sie der Ausschilderung AVANTIS. Nach einem kleinen Kreisverkehr fahren Sie ca. 500 m nach der Ausfahrt rechts. Beim nächsten Kreisverkehr fahren Sie links in Richtung ABC Gebäude. (silbergraues, modernes  Gebäude).
• Ecofys Euregio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Bitte melden Sie sich an der Rezeption! 

Aus Richtung Eindhoven:

• A2 Richtung Maastricht
• Im Autobahnkreuz “Kerensheide” wechseln auf die A76 Heerlen/Aken (Sie lassen Heerlen dann links liegen). (weiter: siehe unten "Anfahrt")

Aus Richtung Maastricht:

• Autobahn A79 nach Heerlen/Aachen
• Achtung: Sie fahren nicht nach Heerlen, sondern wechseln auf die A76 nach Vaals/Kerkrade/Aachen (weiter: siehe unten "Anfahrt")

Anfahrt 

• Im Kreuz Bocholtz wechseln Sie auf die N281 “Simpelveld/Vaals/Kerkrade”. Am Ende der Ausfahrt biegen Sie bei der Ampel links ab Richtung Heerlen/Kerkrade
• Hinter den Ampeln nehmen Sie die erste Ausfahrt "Avantis". Am Ende der Ausfahrt kommen Sie auf einen Kreisverkehr, hier nehmen Sie die erste Abfahrt. Sie fahren jetzt in den European Science and Business Park Avantis.
• Beim nächsten Kreisverkehr nehmen Sie die zweite Ausfahrt
• Dann fahren Sie geradeaus bis zum nächsten Kreisverkehr und nehmen die zweite Ausfahrt (geradeaus)
• Jetzt sehen Sie vor sich ein modernes, graublaues Gebäude. Sie können dahinter parken und über den Seiteneingang das ABC-Gebäude betreten.
• Ecofys Euregio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Bitte melden Sie sich an der Rezeption!
