Low-energy office building

When planning for her new office building Melexis Telecom specified a modern and highly energy efficient office. Ecofys developed an innovative concept with a low-energy climate control system. This concept included a heat pump, seasonal storage of heat and cold as well as a buffer basin for ice storage. With this climate control system heating and cooling are possible at any time in the year.
