Our office in Beijing is looking for a:

Senior Consultant Energy Management

The position:

• Project coordination and execution in energy management services and corporate and industrial sustainable energy solutions;
• On a project basis lead a team of energy auditors, and energy management and sustainable energy experts based in Beijing;
• Advice clients on the implementation of energy efficiency and sustainable energy solutions;
• Acquire and lead energy management projects for Chinese and international companies in China;
• Develop a strong network of relations with government officials and national and sub-national levels, as well as with industry and other relevant foreign and domestic organizations;
• Analyze Chinese energy and investment policies, regulations and trends
• Prepare and deliver presentations in English and Chinese at a high technical and management level;
• Represent the company at (international) external seminars and events;
• Domestic and international travel may be required.

Your profile:

• University degree in natural sciences, engineering, environmental sciences;
• Over 8 years of working experience focusing on technical consultancy and consultancy project management in an energy-related sector ;
• In depth understanding of energy technologies in industrial processes and buildings;
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership capabilities;
• Experience in the area of energy management and energy auditing;
• Demonstrable knowledge of sustainable energy technologies is an asset;
• Strong analytical and consulting skills;
• A customer-oriented attitude;
• Putonghua is your first (native) language, and you are proficient in English.
